Woman, Wife, Pastor, Administrator, Conference Speaker, Civic Leader, Author

Co-Pastor Ericka is a native Floridian; she attended the University of Florida (Gainesville), majoring in Computer Science (AA). She graduated from RHEMA Bible College (1986-1988) and is licensed and ordained through RHEMA Ministerial Association International (RMAI). While attending RHEMA, she met and married John T. McCrutcheon and moved to Houston, John's hometown. In 1992 they founded Imago Dei Bible Church (Image of God Bible Church) and later Joint Heirs Fellowship Church through a merger addition of Green Pastures Ministry. Ericka also serves the ministry as a Worship Leader and Church Administrator. She recently graduated from Grand Canyon University (2019-2021), "Summa Cum Laude," College of Theology, with a Bachelors of Art in Christian Studies with an emphasis in Bible Studies.  In 2015, she released her first book, "Gripped By The Culture." The book canvasses common cultural influences that have crept into the Church and shines light from the Scriptures for transformation for those gripped by the behaviors and customs of the world systems. It brings to light the importance of Believer's having a Biblical Worldview.

Ericka's frank and sometimes hilarious, practical teaching style of ministry has captured audiences at various Churches and events (Women Conferences, Seminars, Banquets, etc.). Ericka is committed to teaching the Word of God and inspiring others to become MATURE disciples of Jesus Christ (John 8:31-32). She loves teaching bible studies and effective evangelism.

Her ministry reaches out beyond the walls of her Church into her Community, where she outreaches to women on a one-to-one basis, teaching and encouraging women to walk confidently in the grace of God. She engages the culture politically, being salt and light in the dark places, and serving as Precinct Chair and Chaplin.
